1. Agreement

By accessing or using Veribadge (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. What Veribadge does

Veribadge provides trust and verification tools for resorts and a public directory that helps travelers identify official contact channels. The Service may include guest request messaging between logged-in travelers and participating resorts.

Veribadge is not a travel agency, booking engine, or payment processor. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or the outcome of any conversation with a resort. Travelers remain responsible for verifying details before making payments or commitments outside the platform.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact below if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Overload or disrupt the Service (including bypassing rate limits or security controls).
• Upload malware or scrape the Service in a way that harms performance or other users.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Your content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Veribadge a non-exclusive licence to host, process, display, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Service (including delivering guest requests and messages to resorts and showing public listing information as designed).

6. Resort partners

If you use the Service on behalf of a resort, you represent that you are authorised to do so. You are responsible for the accuracy of resort information and official channels you publish. You must comply with applicable laws and any additional terms presented for partner features (such as subscription or marketing tools).

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if necessary to protect users or the integrity of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where such disclaimers are not legally permitted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Veribadge and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Thailand shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
